Good location, excellent communication, good clean facility

The facility is new and clean and easy to get to. Using a phone app for access was a bit advanced for this old guy, but it worked well, and it provide an extra lock beyond the traditional padlock that most people also use, so the units are double locked. But the best part was the staff. I dealt with two managers; Kristy and Amanda, and both were just terrific. Communication was top notch, friendly, and always helpful. I had not been leaving the area I would definitely have retained my space at Storage Depot. It was the best!

I loved using your facility, it was reasonably priced, well maintained, and convenient! If I have need of a storage facility in the future I will definitely contact you.

Multiple times we have tried to enter our storage unit and the gate never opens! I have yet to speak to anyone when I call, always get a voicemail but NEVER a call back! Complete waste of money!!!!!

I live near them. The main gate is open at all hours. It dosent close by itself. I called them but honestly It dosent matter to me other then à poor allignment of the gate that constantly squeeks and is annoying. And I don't store stuff there..

Called multiple times and left voice message. Never got a call back and only once my call was picked up. Could not find an office to begin renting a unit as well. Looks great but very difficult to get started.

After I went into the storage facility my phone went dead. Fortunately there was another customer there to let me out of the gate. The gate should open automatically from the inside or people may get locked in. Nice system if everything is working, but a trap if anything goes wrong. No help available from the managers. They should be able to open the gates or units wirelessly from the office, but they won't do anything to help someone who is trapped. Fix the system!

Very Sorry you had an issue with the gate. Our managers do have the capability to open the gate remotely and I will discuss this with them and re-train. Thank You for letting us know of the issue.
