From the homepage, click on locations to find The Storage Depot facility nearest you. You can reserve a space online, request more information, or call the office and speak to one of our professional employees.

We welcome personal storage, business storage, and RV/boat storage customers. Personal storage units are available for furniture, file cabinets, family keepsakes, or seasonal lawn and garden equipment. For business customers, we offer units where file cabinets, documents, and office furniture can be securely stored and easily accessed. For our RV/boat storage customers, we offer covered, open, and enclosed spaces to protect your investment.

We offer state-of-the-art technology, including: computer-controlled access, multi-camera video surveillance, well-lit perimeter, fully fenced facilities, and high-security unit locks. Note that not all security features are available at each facility, so please speak to our employees regarding any security concerns you have for a particular facility.

Sizes range from approximately 5’x5’ to 10’x30’, depending on the location. Many facilities offer smaller and larger spaces. If unsure of your needed size, talk to one of our professional employees to help determine the best fit for your needs.

Most of our locations offer interior units; however, these units are not considered heated or climate-controlled.

Due to lien laws, all new tenants are required to sign a lease agreement with The Storage Depot to store their belongings. The contract signed is a month-to-month agreement with a one-month minimum stay.

Yes. Many of our customers take advantage of our prepay discounts. While discounts can vary from store to store, tenants will receive substantial savings by taking advantage of them. Pre-pay discounts are offered on 6- and 12-month terms. We also provide move-in discounts, and they will vary from facility to facility. To take advantage of our current discounts and specials, contact one of the facilities and ask them about their offers.

Most of our facilities offer dollies or handcarts for customer use. Please contact your facility manager for more information.

For vehicle, RV, or boat parking, please contact your local Storage Depot manager.

Office hours indicate the presence of a manager who provides in-person customer service, such as accepting payments and answering questions. During access hours, you can use your gate code to access your storage unit, but a manager may not be on hand to assist you.

At this time, none of our facilities offer packing materials for sale.

We require the use of a disc-style padlock. We sell them onsite, or you may bring your own as long as it is the disc lock style.

You cannot store any hazardous, toxic, or illegal items. Additionally, no food or perishable items are allowed in our spaces. If you’re unsure about what can be stored, please ask the manager. Examples of items that cannot be stored include ammunition, gasoline, paint, paint thinner, propane, food, produce, plants, and fireworks.

We do not charge a deposit fee to our customers.

Rent is due on the first of each month, and if not received by the tenth, a late fee will be assessed. Our customers can ensure timely payment with services like online payment and automatic payment to your MasterCard, Visa, or Discover card each month.

All of our facilities have an electronic gate system that can only be opened with a unique security code assigned to each individual tenant. The code allows us to monitor who is entering and exiting the facility at all times.

All locations offer gate access from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week.

While your items are in storage, they are not covered by the storage location for loss or damage. You may be covered under an insurance policy you already have. Check with your insurance agent.
