They were sensitive to my needs of temperature control and pest control and moisture control. They even found me a unit that was close to a doorway for my extra ease. I never had to worry about my precious items becoming damaged. I feel very grateful to have found them and I was relieved that the fees were within my budget.

We have used The Storage Depot for four years to store our college students' things over the summer and will happily use them for two more until our youngest graduates. They make the process of renting, checking in, and checking out EXTREMELY easy. Their prices are reasonable and the facilities squeaky clean. We feel lucky to have found a reliable option to securely store our things and to have connected with the wonderful people who run the place.

The management and staff have been so kind to me, and the facilities are well maintained. Highly recommend for anyone who needs an understanding company to store their things with.

I came here after going to a few other local places that had all left me feeling uneasy about the security of my belongings. However, once I got to Storage Depot all of my fears surrounding storing my property melted away like butter on a hot summer sidewalk. Candice and Chad, the couple who run the place and keep a close eye on the property, are an amazing duo who are the kindest and most good hearted people you could imagine. Through their knowledge and expertise, I immediately became reassured that I had found the right home for my things. The facilities are extremely well maintained, the climate-controlled units have a 20+ foot height clearance, are easily accessible, and they offer amazing deals that from what I've seen put their units at a much better deal than even the big name brands around. I will be recommending them to everyone I know who needs short or long term storage, and would absolutely use them again in the future. Thank You Storage Depot!

The Saturday before this past Thanksgiving, I was visiting my storage unit when I dropped and broke my lock. I called the office, and Piper was exceptionally kind in offering to bring a replacement lock to me. Her husband, Chris, showed up not long after with the lock. Their level of customer service is so rare these days. I am so grateful to the both of them, and I highly recommend The Storage Depot to others who need their services!

This particular string of storage facilities is known for the convenience of low prices as well as the availability of different size units. The staff at the Lebanon facility went above and beyond for any assistance needed and the facility was always clean and I never doubted the security of the property or my items in store plus the staff was exceptional! The restroom was also very clean. The manager and her assistant were always friendly and eager to assist if we needed anything. If I EVER need a storage facility in the Willamette Valley, it will definitely be a Storage Depot. (Too bad there aren't any in Green Acres Washington.) Thank you, Storage Depot Lebanon team! We had a great experience with the staff (and the storage) here. They were friendly and even when out of their way to accommodate us when our travel plans got in the way. The units are clean and modern and there was a cart there to help us load everything in.

Over the years I've had experience with many storage units. I have to say this has been the best unit I have ever had Bridget is and her husband are right there to help you with whatever you need. And I could not ask for better service from it's a team. I have rented for about 2 years now. And I needed an extra unit for emergency purposes. And they were able to come up with one very close to my other one. So they went out of their way. You can't bake this place for storage facility. God bless you people

I rented from here for 2 years and had nothing but a great experience. Closing my unit as its no longer needed, but I highly recommend this locations. Clean, affordable, and easy but secure access. I never felt like safety or security was an issue here, nor did I ever see evidence of pests. Excellent customer service. The caretakers, Rodney and Bridgette, are extremely nice people and always willing to go the extra mile.

I’ve been with Storage Depot for about two years, due to recent life events, I’ve had to downgrade significantly. I ran into issues being able to pay my storage unit because I only had cash in hand. I went to Ferry St location and they we unable to take my cash payment for Brownsville and told me to go to Davidson location. As soon as I got to that location, I was informed by Brigette that Brownsville location is exclusively ACH payments. As I stand there with cash in hand I start tearing up because my bank is thirty miles away and I needed to pay it that day! She saw my turmoil and kicked into “problem solving mode” IMMEDIATELY. She not only got me into a smaller unit at my current facility, but she advised me as long as I was out of the old unit by the 10th, it’d be prorated and I’d not be charged the full month. She was willing to work with me and meet my needs. I believe she went above and beyond what most in her position would do. Well beyond her job description. She thought “outside of the box” and provided calm and compassion to a customer that she really didn’t have to! I am so impressed with Brigette and unfortunately for her, she’s who I want to deal with only from her on out! Not that anyone else was unpleasant but just because she was so fantastic! An “angel in the outfield” if you will. I highly recommend Storage Depot as stated, I’ve been a customer for years and I’ve never had questions or issues about security, cleanliness, etc. just a great place all around! Competitive pricing too!

Clean units, friendly staff. I showed up on a Saturday and had finished the paperwork and rental stuff within twenty minutes. They require automatic payment by credit t debit card (doesn't bother me but some people might care) and their prices are as advertised; they don't tack on any weird additional fees like the last company I used. There are hand carts and a restroom on site.

Storage Depot in Sweet Home is the absolute best storage facility I have experienced. The staff is always courteous, responsive, and helpful. They have a variety of unit sizes and space for RV’s at decent prices. The units are clean and well maintained. Temperatures inside the building were reasonable even in hot and cold weather extremes. I also made good use of the cart to move my items more easily. If I ever need extra storage again, I know this will be my choice. I would recommend Storage Depot to anyone.

I rented two units at Storage Depot (on Silverton Rd in Salem) when we moved to the area. The people are friendly, the storage units are large and clean and I felt like my stuff was safe. I would highly recommend them! 😊

This place is well kept and i feel very safe having my stuff there. There are a few other places that i would not suggest around town but the only thi g that i think would be more benificial is either longer hours of accessibility or just a 24 hour.

I have had 2 and 3 storages here for the past 4 years. The young gentleman that works in the office is just awesome. He has always been so helpful to the point of getting a broken off key out of the lock on one of my units. The prices here are better than most and security is really good. We just bought our house today and this will be our last month renting our units. I have nothing bad to say about this place. If the need ever arises again for a storage locker I won't be going anywhere else.

This storage is NOT overpriced. I was renting at Public Storage (Now there's a rip off!!) in Tigard, paying more than TWICE for a way smaller unit. Always treated with respect and kindness. I love this place, BUT i do wish the gate was open later than 8pm. Honestly that is a little early. Other than that, amazing!!

Just a well looked after well maintained facility and I don't have to worry about my stuff

It's clean and very safe. Easy access. Plenty of light. Kathy went above and beyond to keep me informed and when a unit was being vacated she called me and worked out the particulars. I was desperate with a no cause eviction and with 2 days to go my church people, family, friends, care givers, shoot my dog Bear even took his leash and jumped into my car. So long story short... Kathy was so welcoming that I could live there lol. Thank you so much. But I'll keep looking for a home lol. And those hrs that I take a long sleep with Bear in our recliner you take care to walk quietly by checking on us. Sweet. My broken ft and ankle are huge. And thank you all for your help. So appreciated. Storage unit recliner is calling my name our name.

I was finally able to secure a unit at one of the cleanest best kept storage units I've seen. My service experience is absolutely outstanding! Rachel and Jason have been extremely friendly and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process and showed me how it all works. I rented my unit on Nov 1, 2022 and for me is the perfect place for me!

New management. New entrance finally completed. Be sure to rent in one of the older units. The new cement pads weren't sealed/dried properly. Be aware that moisture may seep into your storage unit if you are located in a new building. It has been 3 years. The new bldg pads may no longer create a moisture issue...

Currently renting a unit, place is spotless! Not sure where the negative reviews come from. They have always been polite to me and actually seem to care about the curb appeal of their business, which is refreshing. I'd use them again if I'm ever needing to store stuff.

From the first phone call I made when Steve talked to me about what was available and held a spot for a few days while I made my way to Oregon from Texas to help my mother move until my third (and I hope for a while at least final!) trip to our new storage locker, my experience with Storage Depot in Dallas was excellent. The whole place is incredibly clean, the systems work beautifully, and Steve was honest, straightforward, and practical. Five stars and then some!
